Regidence card(ざいりゅうかーど)
This card is used to prove that foreigners in Japan are legally permitted to be in Japan. You must carry it with you when you go out. If anything on this card changes, you must notify the immigration Bureau within 14 days from the change, so please report it to our school.
The residence card has an expiration date. The renewal procedure can be performed at the school from 3 months before the expiration date, so be sure to complete the renewal procedure as soon as possible.
In addition, in order to work part-time job, it is necessary to obtain permission for activities outside the qualifications. If you obtain permission, a certification stamp will be stamped on the back of the card.
My number card(まいなんばーかーど)
My number is a number that everyone living in Japan has individually. When you get an address in Japan, you'll receive a notification of My number. This notice contains your personal number, so keep it in a safe place and do not give it to others.
Those who need a card will need to apply separately, so please consult with our school.
National Health Insurance(こくみんけんこうほけん)
You will get health insurance at the city hall when you move to Japan. If you go to the hospital because of illness or injury, if you have health insurance, your medical expenses will be 30% of the total amount.
National health insurance tax depends on your income in the previous year.
National pension(こくみんねんきん)
As a general rule, people over the age of 20 living in Japan have national pension insurance and are obliged to pay the premium. However, there is a "Student Payment Exemption System" for students with incomes below a certain amount. This system repuires an application every year.

Banck Account(ぎんこうこうざ)
If you have a bank account, it is very convenient when you receive a part-time job salary, pay utilities and rent.
When an abroad student explains a bank account, our staff will go to the bank with you to complete the procedure for opening an account.
